About Tina
The Full Story
Tina Davis, a quilt artist based in Bend, Oregon, became interested in signatures as a design element beginning in 2015. This was initially sparked by an online project requesting signatures on cloth to create comfort quilts for the families of victims of a shooting. Today she pieces signatures from friends, family and community events alongside vintage signatures salvaged from unfinished projects. Her signature work has been featured on Create Whimsy and shown at the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show. She is a member of The Modern Quilt Guild, Quilt Alliance, SAQA, and is the founder of the nonprofit Best Friends Fund Central Oregon.
